• Manage the full project lifecycle for government security and testing contracts, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies in accordance with federal standards • Coordinate internal resources and external partners for the execution of projects • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to contract requirements, security protocols, and strict government compliance standards • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues to leadership as needed • Facilitate regular project status meetings, compiling and presenting status reports to both internal and client stakeholders

Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Engineer to join our Integration Engineering team. Job Summary The Enterprise Account Executive (AE) at Bugcrowd is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships within a defined territory. You will be instrumental in positioning Bugcrowd's platform and services as essential components of a modern, proactive security strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing multi-million dollar deals within the enterprise segment. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, competitive offerings, and Bugcrowd's unique value proposition. - Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISO/VP-level security executives, procurement, and technical teams. - Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Create and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the ROI of Bugcrowd's solutions. - Represent Bugcrowd at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to build brand awareness and generate new leads. - Negotiate contracts and commercial terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and Bugcrowd. Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in the cybersecurity or risk management space. - Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets ($1M+ quota) in an Enterprise or Strategic Account role. - Expertise in managing large, complex sales cycles (6-12 months) and navigating multi-threaded organizational structures. - Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals with Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations. - Strong understanding of modern security testing methodologies (e.g., pen testing, bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure). Preferred Experience - Prior experience selling crowdsourced security, Bug Bounty, or Attack Surface Management solutions. - Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools. - A four-year degree from an accredited university. The national estimate for the current base range for the position is: $116,800. - $160,600. This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
