• Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the customer's primary technical advisor from day one • Lead onboarding engagements, guiding new customers through deployment, configuration, and production rollout of TruffleHog • Drive adoption by developing rollout strategies, building internal champions within customer organizations, and helping teams integrate TruffleHog into their existing security workflows • Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and check-ins to ensure customers are realizing full value • Identify and surface expansion opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and positioning relevant add-on products • Own the technical narrative for renewals, build ROI stories grounded in measurable outcomes and usage data • Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing configurations, logs, and customer environments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and feed back product insights • Contribute to customer-facing documentation, knowledge base content, and best practices guides • Build scalable processes and self-serve resources that reduce time-to-value for customers
• Improving architecture across backend services and platform infrastructure, and defining long-term architectural strategy and technical standards across teams • Establish engineering standards that improve consistency, maintainability, reliability, and operational readiness • Scale distributed systems and improve performance across core services • Improve production engineering practices, including observability, testing, incident response, and post-incident review • Identify and reduce high-impact technical debt • Improve developer tooling, workflows, and engineering productivity • Help teams use agentic development tools effectively across planning, implementation, testing, review, and validation • Partnering with product and infrastructure teams on scalable, resilient systems and subsequently simplifying systems and reducing organizational complexity as the platform scales • Mentor Senior and Staff engineers through architecture reviews, technical coaching, and project guidance • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for difficult engineering and architectural decisions
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Chakra UI. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences. • Own frontend architecture decisions, including state management, component design systems, performance optimization, and accessibility. • Build interfaces that help customers analyze complex security data, including audit logs, secrets exposure, and remediation workflows. • Lead frontend initiatives that improve usability, onboarding, and feature adoption across the product experience. • Improve frontend developer experience through reusable components, testing strategies, tooling, and engineering best practices. • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving. • Contribute to technical planning and roadmap discussions, helping shape the future direction of our frontend platform. • Advocate for quality, maintainability, and thoughtful user experience across the engineering organization.
• Build and maintain integrations for Microsoft platforms including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps • Design and implement robust authentication and authorization handling using Microsoft Graph APIs, Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth2, and enterprise access patterns • Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of large-scale content scanning systems • Develop testing and validation strategies for permission-aware scanning in real-world enterprise environments • Help define architectural patterns and reusable SDK abstractions for future enterprise integrations • Partner with product and customer-facing teams to close integration gaps and support enterprise deployments • Drive projects from design through production with a high degree of ownership
• Own and manage Truffle’s corporate IT infrastructure, including identity systems, endpoints, SaaS applications, and access controls • Administer and scale a primarily macOS-based environment across the company • Manage Apple device lifecycle operations, including provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning • Own and optimize Apple MDM infrastructure (currently Kandji) • Troubleshoot complex endpoint and employee IT issues and serve as the primary escalation point for internal support • Manage identity provider (IdP) infrastructure and corporate authentication systems • Administer Okta integrations, Device trust, SSO policies, MFA, and access provisioning workflows • Maintain secure access lifecycle management across onboarding, offboarding, and role changes • Partner with Rippling and other business systems to improve automation and employee provisioning workflows • Build and improve automation across IT operations and employee lifecycle management • Continue evolving existing onboarding/offboarding automation workflows • Evaluate, implement, and optimize modern IT and security tooling • Create and maintain clear documentation, operational runbooks, and scalable internal processes • Provide responsive, service-oriented support to employees across the company and help foster a secure, productive work environment • Support and coordinate SOC 2 compliance activities and audit readiness efforts • Contribute to corporate security initiatives, including policy management, security best practices, and risk reduction efforts • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen Truffle’s overall security posture • Assist with light corporate security responsibilities and operational security tasks
• Owning and driving the research roadmap, focusing on the highest-impact problems in leaked credentials, secrets exposure, and non-human identity security. • Leading a team of experienced researchers, setting direction, assigning ownership of critical initiatives aligned to the roadmap, and ensuring research output consistently translates into product and company impact. • Identifying and validating novel leak surfaces across code, SaaS tools, logs, datasets, and emerging ecosystems (including AI/LLMs). • Designing and running large-scale scans and experiments to uncover real-world exposures, validate impact, and understand attacker behavior. • Developing verification systems at scale to distinguish real, exploitable secrets from noise—improving precision without sacrificing coverage. • Publishing high-quality technical research (blogs, reports, disclosures) and representing Truffle externally through talks, conferences, and community engagement. • Acting as a bridge between research and product, ensuring insights turn into shipped capabilities and roadmap decisions. • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and developer relations to turn research into clear, compelling narratives for customers and the broader security community.
• Lead the hiring and onboarding of a new cohort of SDRs to support our aggressive AE growth targets • Define what "good" looks like across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and build the playbooks to help your team get there • Foster a "builder" mentality within the SDR team, encouraging experimentation and professional growth • Deep dive into current processes to identify bottlenecks and manual friction points • Build and manage sophisticated data enrichment workflows in Clay (or similar tools) to drive signal-based outbound efforts • Use metrics to diagnose performance, track pipeline contribution, and tie SDR activity directly to revenue outcomes • Work closely with RevOps to ensure our tech stack is integrated and our data models are actionable
• Identify and research target accounts and ideal customer profile • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) • Build and optimize outbound sequences and messaging • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives • Follow up with leads from events and campaigns • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce • Track performance metrics and iterate on outreach strategies • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively position Truffle • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and feedback loops
• Own the entire sales process from identifying new opportunities to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, with self-generated outbound prospecting efforts as well as inbound leads, to exceed sales targets • Conduct deep discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals, positioning Truffle Security’s solutions to solve their pain points • Partner with Solutions Architects to provide product demos, align technical solutions with customer requirements and to facilitate successful proof-of-concepts (POCs) • Develop tailored proposals and manage contract negotiations with key decision-makers • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Development to nurture prospects and develop targeted outreach campaigns for customer acquisition • Partner with Customer Success to drive upsell and expansion opportunities with customers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline information in our CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular updates to sales leadership on progress towards goals
