• Own the post-sale technical relationship, serving as the customer's primary technical advisor from day one • Lead onboarding engagements, guiding new customers through deployment, configuration, and production rollout of TruffleHog • Drive adoption by developing rollout strategies, building internal champions within customer organizations, and helping teams integrate TruffleHog into their existing security workflows • Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and check-ins to ensure customers are realizing full value • Identify and surface expansion opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and positioning relevant add-on products • Own the technical narrative for renewals, build ROI stories grounded in measurable outcomes and usage data • Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing configurations, logs, and customer environments • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and feed back product insights • Contribute to customer-facing documentation, knowledge base content, and best practices guides • Build scalable processes and self-serve resources that reduce time-to-value for customers
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Comfort working in command line interfaces
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical customer issues
- 4+ years of working experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical depth for varied audiences, from engineers to executives.
