Role Description Reporting to the VP of North American Sales, the Regional Director of Sales is responsible for direct sales activity within their assigned region. - Work with the VP of NA Sales to execute the regional sales strategy - Effectively build, prioritize, and manage sales pipeline in a specific geographical territory - Consistently identify new sales opportunities and actively close deals with new and potential clients - Achieve monthly sales quotas, sales pipeline growth and meet sales activity performance metrics - Prepare accurate sales quotes and negotiate contracts and pricing to win new business - Maintain accurate records of account targets, leads, prospects, and all additional business development activities in our CRM system, ensuring all documentation is complete - Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stayntouch’s products, industry trends, and the overall competitive landscape - May be required to prospect in person locally and/or travel Qualifications - 5 + years of hospitality software/SaaS sales experience - Key decision maker relationships within hospitality - Property management software sales experience preferred Requirements - Passion for sales with a proven track record of negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement - Excellent organizational skills - Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales - Diligence in following up - Hands-on experience with CRM (such as Salesforce) and sales enabling platforms - Relentless drive to understand customer needs - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, follow policies, processes, and procedures - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network internally and externally

• Supporting and managing Oracle CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement • Assisting in enabling Redwood features through functional setups, opt-ins, and configuration changes • Handling end-user issues related to Redwood UI and ensuring smooth adoption • Performing functional testing during quarterly releases and Redwood updates • Supporting UI personalization and standard configuration using Oracle tools • Working with business users to explain Redwood UI changes and drive adoption • Preparing user guides, SOPs, and training materials for Redwood changes • Supporting regression testing and validating system behavior post-release • Collaborating with technical and functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements • Ensuring alignment of Redwood UI with business processes and user experience standards
