• Define and execute Stayntouch’s global reseller partnership strategy • Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners aligned with our growth objectives • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential partners across key markets • Develop joint business plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth • Enable partners with the tools, training, and support needed to successfully sell and implement Stayntouch solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams • Establish performance metrics, track partner success, and optimize programs for scale • Represent Stayntouch at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences
• Improve how product work flows across research, delivery, and go-to-market • Ensure product features are clearly prepared, communicated, and successfully launched across Engineering and GTM • Improve handoffs between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer-facing teams • Drive consistency in planning, communication, and product delivery practices • Improve visibility of roadmap, delivery progress, and product outcomes • Help implement practical improvements to product processes in alignment with the Product team
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals • Own brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline acceleration • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align marketing with revenue and retention goals • Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI optimization • Build and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine across digital, email, paid/organic, ABM, content, partner, and field channels • Own pipeline creation, lead generation, conversion metrics, and marketing-sourced revenue contribution • Build and manage a revised MQL to SQL strategy and process • Optimize website growth strategy, SEO, conversion paths, and digital presence • Oversee marketing automation and campaign execution through HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools • Lead strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, hosted experiences, podcasts, and partner campaigns • Manage all operational logistics including vendors, timelines, budgets, swag, booth planning, and ROI analysis • Shape and strengthen Stayntouch’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence • Lead content strategy across website, PR, social media, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership • Build and optimize a modern marketing technology stack including CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting systems • Leverage AI platforms to improve content creation, campaign performance, personalization, and operational workflows • Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to keep Stayntouch at the forefront of marketing innovation
