Role Description We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to own how 4Minds is positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who has done this before at an AI, data or analytics tech company and knows how to translate complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with buyers, analysts, and the market. You'll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to build the foundation of our go-to-market motion from the ground up. Key Responsibilities - Define and continuously evolve product positioning and messaging across segments, personas, and use cases - Lead end-to-end product launch planning and cross-functional GTM execution for new features and releases - Build and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive intelligence - Develop a robust library of customer stories, case studies, and proof points that demonstrate real-world impact - Establish and manage relationships with key industry analysts and influencers in the AI and enterprise tech space - Shape 4Minds' thought leadership strategy and executive voice across owned and earned channels - Synthesize market, customer, and competitive signals into actionable strategic recommendations for product and leadership - Partner closely with product, sales, and executive teams to align GTM strategy with business goals Qualifications - 10+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of function role - Demonstrated track record across the full Product Marketing scope: positioning, launches, sales enablement, analyst relations, and customer storytelling - Experience in AI, data or analytics technology that is comfortable marketing to technical buyers and economic decision-makers - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy or nuance - Proven ability to build and execute GTM strategy in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment - Must be located in the United States; this is a remote role open to candidates across all U.S. time zones Preferred Qualifications - Experience marketing LLM, AI infrastructure, or developer-facing products - Experience standing up a product marketing function from scratch at an early-stage company - Familiarity with sales methodologies and revenue-focused GTM motions Compensation - Base salary range: $165,000 - $250,000 annually - Competitive equity package - Annual merit-based salary reviews - Bonus eligible Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (80% employer-paid) - 401(k) plan with company match - Unlimited PTO policy with 10 days minimum - 11 paid company holidays - Annual training and certification budget - Access to online learning platforms - Regular internal technical workshops and knowledge sharing sessions Work Environment - High-performance workstations - Monthly team events and learning sessions - Collaborative environment fostering innovation and teamwork Process We like to be efficient but do our due diligence. Role Description Your Way Insurance is seeking a dynamic Director of Compliance & Marketing to join its growing Legal & Compliance department. This role will serve as a strategic leader, thinker, and business partner to one of the largest and fastest-growing Medicare brokerages in the nation. The position reports directly to the Head of Legal & Compliance.
