You will also work with IT, audit and regulatory compliance personnel on an as-needed basis. This role will support the SS&C Health Solutions and SS&C Pharmacy Solutions businesses and their sales, compliance, and management teams with a focus on revenue generating contracts and initiatives for these business units. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team drafting, negotiating and managing contracts related to healthcare, privacy and security in relation to healthcare, intellectual property and software licenses. • Lead the development and expansion of SS&C’s Managed Account Platform Operations & Services offering by establishing scalable operating models, workflows, and service capabilities supporting middle office operations • Direct daily operations for high-volume SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) and UMA (Unified Managed Accounts) programs utilizing sophisticated middle-office and managed account platforms • Ensure seamless trade routing, execution support, settlement processing, and exception management across multiple custodial networks • Lead cash and position reconciliations, shadow accounting oversight, performance validation, and reporting controls to ensure accurate client reporting • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, automate manual processes, and scale operational capabilities across the platform • Act as the primary liaison between Portfolio Managers, Asset Managers, Custodians, and outsourced service providers • Monitor GIPS compliance, investment mandate adherence, operational controls, and risk management processes • Partner with leadership teams to expand managed service capabilities and support future platform growth initiatives
