• Define and maintain the positioning for IONIX across the platform and each solution area. • Translate technical capability into claims buyers act on. • Run launches from first briefing to post-launch measurement. • Build the launch narrative, write the assets, coordinate Product and Demand Gen, and report on what the launch moved. • Build the battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and competitive intel that reps use in live deals. • Track competitor moves, category shifts, and analyst direction.
• Own messaging and positioning for IONIX across the platform. • Run product launches from first briefing to post-launch measurement. • Build and run a content engine that publishes consistently. • Build sales enablement materials like battlecards and objection-handling guides. • Track competitor moves and turn that signal into positioning decisions.
• Partner closely with Sales to drive new enterprise and channel customer acquisition across DACH and EMEA • Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and map them to IONIX solutions • Deliver impactful product demonstrations that highlight both technical depth and business value • Own and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements - scoping, deploying, validating, and presenting outcomes that resonate with stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them envision how IONIX fits into their day-to-day security operations • Gather and synthesize technical and business feedback, proactively influencing product positioning and solution approaches • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, from practitioners to executive leadership
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues raised by enterprise customers using the IONIX platform. • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot problems, analyze logs, and drive root cause analysis. • Identify patterns in support tickets and customer feedback to help improve the product and influence roadmap decisions. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with SLA requirements. • Join customer calls and escalations, particularly with large enterprise accounts, to help diagnose issues and provide technical clarity. • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help customers better understand and leverage the platform. • Document product defects, suggest improvements, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the sales team to successfully drive new clients’ acquisition • Build rapport, as you showcase the platform’s technical depths while executing the appropriate sales technical playbook • Be responsible to scope, execute, validate and present the platform’s Proof of Value outcome to prospects, helping them visualize a day in life, working with the IONIX platform • Carefully capture the prospect’s feedback (business and technical) and proactively suggest new approaches to solve existing challenges using the IONIX technology
