Role Description We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own new product introduction inside Revenue Operations and to build NPI into a discipline. As this is the first TPM on the team, you will define the process from the ground up. NPI is how ClickHouse brings new products to market. A product is not sellable until the pricing, packaging, quoting logic, approval rules, and controls are built and tested end-to-end, and this role owns getting it there. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will own the path to launch across: - Product - Finance - Legal - Operations - Engineering - The field This is a senior individual contributor role that sits on the critical path for every product launch and every acquired-product integration. Role Description We are looking for a Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations to lead the commercial function inside Revenue Operations. ClickHouse runs on a usage-based pricing model, which makes pricing strategy and commercial system design foundational. - Own pricing strategy and packaging. - Set the pricing model and packaging architecture in partnership with Product and Finance. - Run pricing analysis, model the commercial impact of changes, and lead pricing reviews and pricing changes from analysis through rollout. - Own commercial architecture: pricing operationalization, discount governance, approval logic, and the rules and guardrails that govern how deals get structured and closed. - Design and operate the commercial review function: rules, approval logic, automated controls, and the exception review process for the deal flow that doesn't fit them. - Build out Q2C and CPQ automation. Role Description We're looking for a Partner Sales Director-EMEA, based in Germany. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who can accelerate revenue by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across ClickHouse's Northern and Central European partner markets. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for working hand-in-hand with our field sales teams and strategic partners, including system integrators (SI's & FSI's), ISVs, and channel partners across the Northern and Central European partner markets to identify, influence, and close new opportunities. You'll also play a key role in expanding and deepening our partnerships throughout these markets, helping source new opportunities, develop joint solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales instincts, partnership acumen, and executive presence. Role Description We are looking for a Director, Global Revenue Enablement to build and lead the enablement function at ClickHouse, responsible for building the account team's capability across the full customer lifecycle they own. We think about enablement as a design discipline, not a training function. The job is to make the field's tools, content, and motions work for them in the moment they need them, and to carry what the field learns back into the teams that build and operate the revenue systems. The principle is context over content: the differentiated value is getting the right thing to the right person at the right moment, not producing more material. This is a build role.
