You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly. You’ll: - Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables - Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings - Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking - Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback - Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and execution - Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team - Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities - Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals - Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge Must-Have Experience: - 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting - Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional organization and time management skills - Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) - Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career - Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment Nice-to-Have Experience: - Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp - Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools - Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA - Understanding of project coordination in a client-facing environment AI Expectations At Level, AI is a skillset—not a shortcut.
