Role Description The Field Clinical Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Cardiac Rhythm Management products during case procedures. As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will work in a close-knit team of eight specialists who are based in different regions across the Netherlands. Together, you provide support during implant procedures nationwide. - Commercial Support: - Serve as primary resource for clinical support, tackling a variety of issues relating to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products. - Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations. - Attend unit implants in labs and operation rooms of hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products. - Team up with Sales Rep to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. - Develop business relationships with hospital personnel through casual conversation, meetings, and participation in conferences. - Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions. - Clinical Trial Support: - Manage and provide technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned territory. - Support the site authorization process and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan. - Provide initial and continuous training, education, and support for clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocol and procedures. - Willing and able to be flexible in working hours when required (no nine to five). Qualifications - Medical education (bachelor) background, preferably with hospital working experience, with experience in medical devices (CIEDs). - Valid EHRA and/or IHBRE certification would be a plus. - Strong clinical advising/educating skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons and OR staff. - Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details. - Strong motivation and ability to adapt to working environment. - Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written. Role Description The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides field/remote clinical, technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National or EMEA level. Working with the electrophysiology (EP) portfolio, this role covers Southern Finland, with some additional case support in neighbouring regions as and when required by client needs. Work is driven by Customer demand and pre-planned support requirements, and the primary focus is with case support, using clinical expertise to influence Customer usage of the full portfolio. Role Description As an Account Manager in our Electrophysiology (EP) business, your core objective is to drive the success of the EP portfolio within your designated territory in Norway.
