Role Description We are looking for an Amazon Connect Integration Consultant with experience in AWS and contact center technologies. The role involves designing and managing integrations for Amazon Connect, building scalable APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless backend-to-UI functionality.
