The incumbent will receive instructions on task specifications and design constraints, as well as technical direction during assignments. Manufacturing Engineer III Location: GA-NORCROSS Job Description: For the Norcross and Conyers manufacturing facilities, the Manufacturing Engineer III is the primary technical authority for manufacturing processes, capex project lifecycle, and digital manufacturing systems. The role operates with a high level of independence to align technical solutions with business needs, improve operational performance, and support scalable, data driven manufacturing process improvements across both sites. The position is accountable for ensuring manufacturing systems meet safety, quality, and business requirements to deliver a solution our customers expect. Safety:- - Lead, promote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring strict adherence to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements. -Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments and actively participate in incident and near-miss investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,600 to $203,500.
