This role promotes PCR solutions to customers, prepares quotations and proposals, manages projects, supports installations and trials, partners with production plants, and delivers forecasted sales, profit, and asset objectives for assigned products and markets. Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities - Achieve sales, contribution, and asset objectives by visiting customers and delivering product/technical solutions through quotations and proposals. - Provide technical and marketing sales expertise to internal teams (manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional partners) to support and secure orders; use design and analysis software to support sales activities. - Serve as the technical resource for product selection, installation methods, and operational recommendations; present proposals to improve customer operations and win new business. - Identify new opportunities and lead product development initiatives to grow sales and expand the customer base; serve as new product champion and help lead cross-functional development teams. - Resolve quality and service complaints, including preparing and issuing reports. - Provide on-site supervision of installation/application of assigned products at customer facilities to ensure work is completed to required instructions; supervise distributor activities and coordinate subcontracted installers/products as needed. - Provide sales forecast data, determine requirements, and champion development of technical promotional literature; gather competitive intelligence to strengthen market position. - Assist in developing pricing and pricing strategies, including implementation of price increases. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
