About the Team Workday on Workday (or "WOW") is part of our Workday Business Technology organization. The team provides technology services to our financial, payroll, and human resource functions. We partner with our business partners to provide an outstanding experience within Workday's application. About the Role We are looking for a Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our WOW Finance team. In this role, you will be working closely with our Finance teams to drive process and system improvements that will help enable the finance organization and drive scale. This role will provide technical mentorship, be hands on, respond to reporting /analytics requests, provide project management, build and manage various integrations, and work independently but closely with the functional financial business partners. This role will partner closely with our Workday Product team to help with customer zero rollout of key agents / features. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will participate in analyzing business problems and recommending solutions that improve automation and efficiency. This will involve evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet the strategic needs of the business. The BSA will be responsible for ensuring successful maintenance and configuration of new Workday solutions, including redesigning existing features, while also understanding and recommending the optimized approach for implementing new features. Responsibilities: - Work closely with out Business Finance, Tax, & Treasury business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps - Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements in Workday - Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements - Participate in the change management and launch support processes of any new and modification of existing configuration - Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts and end-user representatives - Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met - Assist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance signoff About You Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience supporting finance teams and processes - 5+ years of experience with the implementation and administration of financial applications Other Qualifications: - Experience detailing and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies - Workday Finance experience is preferred - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus - Ability to learn and adopt new technologies, applications, and solutions. Ability to take takeaways and share with others to improve the overall skill of the team. - Ability to understand common issues and mentor others to drive work down to the most appropriate level of support. - Self-motivated, flexible, teammate with validated multi-tasking, time management & organization - Interpersonal, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a consulting company or an internal consultant, a plus - Ability to help define team processes, make recommendations regarding areas of improvement. - Open to 50% reporting to our Atlanta, GA office. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Role Description This role provides first-contact remote technical support for network, server, and end-user systems. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for accurately creating and updating support tickets and coordinating communication with engineers when assistance is available. - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely, courteous, empathetic, and professional manner, providing clear updates and case status throughout the resolution process. - Perform first response and initial triage of customer issues, troubleshooting single-user and system-impacting incidents and accurately documenting all actions in Thrive’s tools. - Perform rapid analysis of workstation-level incidents, identifying root causes and applying appropriate troubleshooting methodology. - Ask clarifying questions to fully understand client concerns and escalate issues to engineers when required due to time, complexity, or skill level. - Manage the daily prioritization, coding, and routing of service incidents and requests. - Follow Thrive's established best practices for task management. - Set and manage client expectations throughout the troubleshooting process, maintaining a focus on both prompt resolution and world-class customer service. - Develop a strong understanding of Thrive products and their integration into client environments to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution. - Work with and document diverse client computing environments, including unfamiliar workstation, server, and network configurations, to determine the fastest path to resolution.
