Role Description This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor engagement and offers flexible remote work. We’re seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting across technical, engineering, and select non-technical roles. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and shape exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Thermo’s culture and long-term growth goals. This role is for a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and excited to support a fast-moving and high-volume engineering organization.
