Role Description The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to build and maintain the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. We are looking for a RevOps GTM Systems Architect to join the team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, focused on owning and evolving our full GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ, and our ERP integrations. In this role you may: - Own and administer our core GTM platforms: Salesforce CRM, Marketo, CPQ, and supporting tools (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo) - Design, build, and maintain integrations across the stack including our NetSuite ↔ Salesforce order-to-cash integration using iPaaS tools or direct API development - Write code (Python, JavaScript, or Apex) to automate processes, build custom solutions, and extend platform capabilities beyond point-and-click configuration - Identify and implement AI-powered capabilities across the GTM stack including lead routing, forecasting models, rep productivity tooling, and intelligent workflow automation - Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS into scalable systems logic and clean data models - Maintain a prioritized roadmap for the GTM tech stack and own vendor relationships and procurement for RevOps tools - Ensure data integrity, documentation, and governance across all GTM systems Qualifications - Have 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and hold Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and CPQ Specialist certifications (all three required) - Have built or maintained a Salesforce ↔ NetSuite integration (or comparable CRM ↔ ERP integration) - Can write and debug code: Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Salesforce Apex; comfort with SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS platforms - Have experience administering a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and understand lead lifecycle, scoring, and CRM sync - Have configured and maintained CPQ pricing rules, quoting workflows, product catalog, and approval processes - Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate your work and can evaluate AI vendors with a clear-eyed view of actual ROI - Understand B2B SaaS revenue processes end-to-end: lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewal management, and ARR recognition - Are a clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and operate with high ownership and low ego Benefits - An open and inclusive culture and work environment - Work closely with a team on the cutting edge of AI research - Weekly lunch stipend, in-office lunches & snacks - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget to take care of your mental health - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months - Personal enrichment benefits towards arts and culture, fitness and well-being, quality time, and workspace improvement - Remote-flexible, offices in Toronto, New York, San Francisco, London and Paris, as well as a co-working stipend - 6 weeks of vacation (30 working days!)

Role Description This role provides first-contact remote technical support for network, server, and end-user systems.
