Role Description Our client is seeking a proactive, compassionate, and highly organized Healthcare Sales & Support Specialist to support patient coordination, insurance workflows, appointment scheduling, consultation follow-ups, and customer communication for a growing healthcare and hair restoration business. This role combines healthcare administrative support with consultation coordination and customer service across two related business lines: medical hair loss solutions and hair extension services. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients over the phone, comfortable discussing products and consultation options, and experienced with healthcare administrative workflows such as prior authorizations and insurance verification. As the Healthcare Sales & Support Specialist, you will: - Assist with patient follow-up calls - Schedule appointments - Coordinate virtual consultations and manage calendars - Manage phone calls and routing through Google Voice - Respond to consultation inquiries submitted through Google Forms - Support administrative task management through Asana This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending healthcare support, patient coordination, and customer service in a growing and mission-driven business environment.
