Role Description As an Engineering Manager, you combine technical expertise with strong leadership to guide a team of product engineers in delivering impactful outcomes for DISCO and our customers. You contribute directly to technical design, implementation, and optimisation within your team’s scope and across the engineering org, while also supporting engineers to grow their skills and careers.
