• Develop, customize and maintain Salesforce solutions with focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, APIs and integrations; • Implement Artificial Intelligence solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud and integrations with external AI models; • Create agents, actions, skills, prompts, flows and intelligent automations applicable to clients' business processes; • Develop reusable components to accelerate deliveries in Salesforce projects, ensuring quality, scalability and maintainability; • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks and middleware platforms; • Participate in technical analysis of requirements, identifying impacts, dependencies, risks and the best implementation alternatives; • Develop with agentic frameworks and generative AI; • Create agentic flows focused on automating development, technical support, requirements analysis, code generation, code review and documentation; • Implement integrations between AI agents and corporate systems, ensuring traceability, security and control of executed actions; • Create and maintain reusable technical artifacts such as agent templates, structured prompts, actions, MCPs, skills and automation components; • Manage versioning and Salesforce deployment processes using CI/CD best practices, Git, pipelines, sandboxes and release strategies; • Develop and maintain unit tests, ensuring coverage, quality and safety of deliveries; • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security, data governance and architecture standards; • Act as a technical reference for junior and mid-level developers, supporting questions, reviews and technical decisions; • Translate business needs into viable technical solutions within the Salesforce and AI ecosystems; • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, generative AI, automation and trends in AI-driven development.

• Maintain data environments and processes in Azure and on-premises, ensuring continuous and reliable operation; • Provide advanced administration and support for Databricks (Azure), including troubleshooting and operational tuning; • Monitor and manage pipelines, jobs, integrations, and data routines with a preventive and corrective approach; • Implement fixes and improvements to existing processes, performing root-cause analysis and reducing recurrence; • Lead incident management and resolution (SLA, prioritization, communication, follow-up until stabilization); • Support BI and development teams, ensuring environments are ready for new releases and requests; • Continuously evolve and improve DataOps / CI/CD pipelines for data (governance, quality, and reliability); • Collaborate with infrastructure/architecture teams when needed (capacity, access, security, network, performance); • Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance best practices in the data context; • Propose and implement improvements in observability, monitoring, and alerting (metrics, logs, traceability).

• Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; • Design and implement complex automations, multichannel journeys, API integrations, and connections to multicloud environments; • Develop and optimize integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, internal systems, and other corporate data sources; • Model, structure, and maintain advanced Data Extensions, segmentation processes, SQL queries, Query Studio workflows, and data unification and governance strategies; • Implement Einstein and AI features such as Einstein Engagement Scoring, Einstein Recommendations, and predictive personalization applied to campaigns and journeys; • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, monitor campaign performance, and recommend continuous improvements based on data, customer behavior, and cross-channel analytics; • Diagnose, resolve, and prevent failures in automations, journeys, integrations, queries, sends, and high-volume campaigns to ensure operational stability; • Support digital solution architecture by evaluating technical impacts, system dependencies, security, data quality, and scalability of implementations; • Serve as a technical reference for the team, mentoring junior and mid-level analysts; • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, new features, and trends in Einstein, marketing automation, personalization, and AI applied to CRM.

• Receive, understand, and structure requests coming from different channels/products; • Translate business needs into detailed, clear, and testable user stories; • Ensure stories have clear and complete acceptance criteria; • Refine the backlog with the technical team (Developers and QA), anticipating questions and risks; • Prioritize the backlog based on business value, goals, effort, and technical dependencies; • Monitor development to ensure adherence to the defined scope; • Work closely with QA to ensure test scenarios are covered; • Identify gaps in definitions and proactively resolve them before execution; • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team; • Support decisions with sufficient technical understanding to discuss backend solutions.

• Participar de discussões de arquitetura e definição de soluções envolvendo o AppConnect, contribuindo com visão técnica, funcional e de negócio; • Apoiar o entendimento das demandas, regras de negócio, fluxos sistêmicos e impactos técnicos das soluções propostas; • Escrever, detalhar e manter histórias de usuário no Jira, com base nos refinamentos realizados com PO, AM, arquitetura, desenvolvimento e demais áreas envolvidas; • Apoiar o time de QA no entendimento dos cenários de teste, esclarecimento de dúvidas, remoção de impedimentos e validação da cobertura dos testes; • Avaliar e aprovar cadernos de teste elaborados pelo time de QA, garantindo aderência aos requisitos funcionais e técnicos; • Executar testes pontuais em ambientes de homologação e produção, quando necessário, incluindo chamadas de APIs, validações de integrações e consultas em banco de dados; • Atuar em alinhamentos com parceiros nacionais e internacionais para tratar novas demandas, dúvidas técnicas, homologações, testes e validações de integração; • Realizar comunicação em inglês com parceiros internacionais, quando necessário, seja por e-mail, reuniões ou alinhamentos técnicos; • Abrir RDMs para implantação em produção, documentando objetivo, escopo, impactos, plano de execução, plano de rollback e evidências necessárias; • Realizar a defesa de mudanças em comitês de GMUD, explicando a necessidade da alteração, riscos, impactos, validações e plano de contingência; • Acompanhar implantações em produção em horários noturnos, geralmente a partir das 22h, com duração variável conforme a complexidade da entrega; • Avaliar e aprovar Merge Requests dos desenvolvedores, considerando aderência à demanda, impactos, qualidade da entrega e possíveis riscos; • Aprovar chamados de cadastro de produtos no STW, garantindo que as informações estejam coerentes com a demanda e com os fluxos necessários; • Acompanhar, analisar e responder demandas relacionadas a Pentests, apoiando na priorização, entendimento dos apontamentos, evidências e tratativas técnicas; • Atuar como ponte entre áreas técnicas e áreas de negócio, traduzindo necessidades, impactos e riscos de forma clara para os diferentes públicos envolvidos; • Apoiar a sustentação das integrações, investigando problemas, analisando logs, bases de dados, comportamento de APIs e possíveis falhas nos fluxos.
