• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Account Executives to achieve and exceed net new revenue targets across assigned territories • Drive a high-performance sales culture through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, prospecting strategy sessions, and deal progression support • Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and ongoing training initiatives that accelerate seller productivity and long-term success • Analyze sales performance metrics and forecasting data to identify trends, improve pipeline health, and drive more effective sales execution • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, territory planning, and reporting practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability • Partner closely with Regional Account Executives on complex sales opportunities, including strategic deal support, stakeholder management, and closing execution • Strengthen market presence and customer relationships by supporting effective outbound prospecting, compelling product demonstrations, and long-term industry engagement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of new business sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Previous experience coaching or managing sales reps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Proficiency with sales technology (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate industries (preferred).
