Your job will be: generate pipeline today and, in parallel, design together with the Growth team and build the systems that eliminate the need to do it manually tomorrow. The success of this role is measured in three things: SQLs generated, activation rate of new accounts towards their first send, and manual processes that are no longer sending... thanks to you! How will you help us fulfill our mission? - Automation with AI: Prototype and implement solutions that reduce or eliminate manual tasks, documenting the impact on time savings. - Prospecting Operations: Manage inbound leads from various sources (Amplemarket, TiendaNube, etc.) and turn them into real opportunities in Salesforce. - Pipeline Optimization: Manage CrossDock's auto sign-up flow, eliminating friction to ensure that the selected person arrives at their first shipment. - Vision of the Future: Identify new AI use cases (lead scoring, sequence personalization) so that the current role evolves towards total autonomy.
