The right candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented — analytically sharp and creatively instinctive. You'll have real ownership and a seat at the table with leadership — your thinking will directly shape company-level growth decisions. Responsibilities - Own Growth Strategy & Experimentation - Develop and lead Yumwoof's paid acquisition across paid media, landing pages, funnels, offer testing, bundles, merchandising, and customer journeys. - Own the growth roadmap and be accountable for CAC, MER, scaling Meta Ads and paid media spend, conversion rate, and revenue growth outcomes. - Oversee Paid Acquisition & Agencies - Manage paid acquisition agencies and ensure campaigns, creative testing, and media buying strategies are continuously improving and aligned with business goals. - Challenge agencies to deliver stronger performance, faster testing velocity, and real accountability. - Drive Creative Strategy - Partner with internal creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, develop new creative angles, identify what's resonating, and push toward stronger creative output. - Ideate & Drive Growth Experiments - Continuously generate new ideas and hypotheses to improve growth performance — including landing page concepts, messaging angles, hooks, offer structures, bundles, funnel improvements, conversion flow changes, and merchandising strategies. - Landing Pages & Funnel Architecture - Work closely with design and development teams to improve PDPs, landing pages, checkout flows, subscription flows, upsells, and overall conversion experience. - Analyze Data & Identify Opportunities - Deeply analyze customer behavior, creative performance, conversion rates across an end-to-end funnel, CAC, MER, LTV, retention, and attribution to uncover opportunities, unblock bottlenecks, and lead growth strategy. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, DTC e-commerce growth roles - Deep understanding of Meta and modern DTC acquisition strategy - Strong experience with landing pages, funnels, CRO, and experimentation - Highly analytical and data-driven — you turn data into hypotheses, not just reports - Experience managing agencies and cross-functional growth initiatives - Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, attribution, and funnel metrics - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ambiguity - Experience in subscription, wellness, pet, food, or premium consumer brands is a plus Benefits - Drive Real Growth — Your ideas, experiments, and strategic thinking will directly influence the trajectory of the business. - Build Systems That Scale — Help create the growth engine behind a premium DTC brand by improving acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer experience across the full funnel. - Join a Mission-Driven Team — Work alongside a passionate, ambitious team focused on building healthier products for dogs while creating a category-defining consumer brand.

• Architect our AI-powered GTM infrastructure: You'll design and build the systems — workflows, agents, data pipelines, enrichment layers, internal tools — that let Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops operate at a scale that would otherwise require 2–3x the headcount. • Own pipeline growth end-to-end: You'll take ownership of the growth funnel and define how we scale demand at our next stage, from top-of-funnel experimentation through pipeline acceleration. • Boost offline growth: Big opportunities exist from offline engagements in the ecommerce world. Identify, build, and execute those opportunities, particularly with up-market and higher ACV opps from our ICP. • Set the bar for creative experimentation: You'll lead ongoing testing across channels, messages, and motions, bringing scrappy startup energy and turning winning experiments into scalable, systematized growth engines. • Use AI Systems to 10x our output: You'll be at the forefront of AI-driven marketing and GTM, deploying internal and external-facing tools that multiply the productivity of the entire GTM org — not just your own workstreams. • Strengthen the connection between Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops: You'll ensure marketing efforts translate into high-quality, measurable pipeline by partnering closely with Sales and Rev Ops and by building the connective tissue — attribution, handoffs, signal routing — that makes the org feel like one team. • Lay the foundation for GTM operational excellence: You'll bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our growth motion, building systems that scale with us and setting playbooks others on the team can run.
