Role Description This is a remote position. Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for New Business & Seller Growth Executives (FMCG) to join their business in the United Kingdom. We are seeking results-driven and proactive professionals to join our team on a fixed-term employment basis. In these fully remote roles, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-potential opportunities, manage brand partnerships, and help grow the business. - Identify, research, and engage prospective FMCG sellers and high-potential brand partners. - Lead outreach efforts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate effective, commercially-minded conversations. - Conduct discovery calls to understand partner/seller needs and communicate our unique marketplace value proposition effectively. - Support end-to-end onboarding, registration, and activation of new enterprise and commercial sellers. - Assess seller/partner fit and potential to execute strategic growth plans to scale GMV on our platform. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support, relationship optimization, and long-term success for signed partners. - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to strategic seller acquisition, brand retention, and GMV performance. Qualifications - Proven full-cycle B2B sales development, account management, or strategic partnership acquisition experience. - Exceptional command of English, with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable executing proactive outreach independently in a remote setting. Requirements - Familiarity or experience within the FMCG, CPG, or high-velocity consumer retail sectors is highly advantageous but not mandatory. - Experience in seller acquisition or client success within a digital platform, marketplace, or e-commerce ecosystem. - Background in e-commerce, online marketplaces, social commerce, or platform-based business models.
