Role Description The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for owning the technical delivery, integration alignment, and cross system dependencies across Pellera’s enterprise platforms. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into executable technical outcomes and delivered in a scalable, supportable manner. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a people management role. It combines project management, business analysis, and technical systems understanding to proactively identify risks, challenge requirements, and drive integrated delivery across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and middleware platforms. Essential Functions - Technical Delivery & Integration Ownership - Own end to end technical delivery across core enterprise platforms, including: - Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, PSA, Forecasting) - NetSuite (ERP) - Integration platforms (e.g., Boomi / iPaaS) - eCommerce and CLM systems - Act as the primary point of accountability for cross system dependencies, integration sequencing, and delivery impacts. - Ensure integrations are designed and delivered in a way that is scalable, secure, and supportable. - Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to challenge requirements, not just capture them. - Translate business needs into: - Technical requirements - Integration impacts - Delivery trade offs and decisions - Clearly define must have vs nice to have requirements and support scope control. - Ensure requirements are well defined, traceable, and aligned to delivery timelines. - Risk, Dependency & Issue Management - Proactively identify technical, data, and integration risks before they surface downstream. - Call out risks and dependencies early with clear mitigation options. - Ensure impacts across ERP, Q2C, eCommerce, and reporting are understood and managed. - Support governance forums with clear, impact based updates. - Delivery Planning & Execution - Build and maintain integrated delivery plans spanning multiple platforms and vendors. - Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators. - Ensure delivery aligns with agreed architecture, integration standards, and enterprise patterns. - Stakeholder Partnership - Operate as an embedded delivery partner within IT and enterprise systems teams—not as a coordinator. - Support functional leaders by translating technical constraints into business level implications. - Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ethical and Critical Thinking. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment. - Confidence working with ambiguity. - Ability to influence without formal authority. - High attention to detail with an outcome focused mindset. - Systems & Platform Knowledge - Strong working knowledge of: - Salesforce - NetSuite ERP - Integration platforms (Boomi or equivalent iPaaS) - eCommerce platforms - CLM systems - APIs, middleware, and data integration patterns - Hands on configuration or development is not required, but the role must be able to credibly challenge technical design and delivery decisions. - Delivery & Analysis Skills - Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, hybrid). - Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans. - Experience managing dependencies across concurrent programs and vendors. Education and Experience - 8+ years experience across: - Technical project or delivery management - Business analysis in enterprise environments - Multi system application delivery - Demonstrated experience delivering complex integrations across ERP, CRM, and related platforms. Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
