Role Description Workiva Customer Success Managers (CSM) are a critical part of our customer-facing team. CSMs serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the entire customer lifecycle by focusing on business outcomes and identifying opportunities for growth within their named accounts post-sale. Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Securities and Compliance Paralegal to support the Legal Department of Workiva Inc. This role will report to the Director of Legal Operations & Compliance and Assistant Secretary (Governance), and will support SEC reporting, Section 16 compliance, corporate governance, stock administration, insider trading compliance, and other public company legal operations. Role Description The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving growth across Workiva’s strategic Financial Services accounts, with a primary focus on expanding within large, existing customer relationships across a defined strategic territory.
