Role Description We are a residential plumbing company with a massive asset: a database of 10,000 phone numbers and past leads. We are looking for a high-energy Outbound Sales & Business Development professional to own our "Reactivation Playbook." Your mission is simple but high-impact: re-engage our database of inactive customers and turn them into booked appointments. You will be calling, texting, and emailing thousands of past clients, using targeted discounts and coupons to drive business development. Key Responsibilities - Outbound Sales & Re-engagement - Execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy to our database of 10,000 leads to re-book services and maintenance. - Utilize a multi-channel approach—phone calls, follow-up emails, and text messages—to stay top-of-mind with past clients. - Mastery of our "discount and coupon" strategy to overcome objections and provide immediate value to the customer. - Successfully transition re-engaged leads into booked appointments by inputting them directly into our CRM. - Estimate Follow-up Support - Participate in and assist with managing estimate follow-ups for jobs that have been quoted by our service technicians but remain awaiting customer feedback. - Act as a bridge between the field technicians' quotes and the customer's decision, answering basic questions to move the estimate to a "booked" status. - Proactively "chase" open quotes to ensure no viable project falls through the cracks. - Marketing & Strategy Support - Work with leadership to set up and manage email/text drip campaigns that nurture leads before and after your calls. - Identify which promotions and "hooks" are resonating most with customers to help us refine our marketing playbook. - Maintain the "Reactivation" CRM funnel, ensuring every lead is properly tagged and followed up with at the right time. Qualifications - Familiarity with the home services industry is highly preferred (specifically Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical). - Experience in outbound sales, business development, or high-volume appointment setting. - Previous experience working within ServiceTitan is a significant advantage. - Fluent English (spoken and written) with a warm, professional, and persuasive phone presence. - Understanding of the "why" behind re-engagement campaigns and experience with drip marketing or sales automation. Requirements - You are incentivized by booking calls and seeing your efforts turn into revenue. - You look for every opportunity to re-open a door and find a "win" for both the company and the customer. - You thrive on hitting daily and weekly call/booking targets. Benefits - You have a "warm" list of 10,000 people to call—you aren't cold-calling strangers; you are calling people who already know our brand. - You are the lead engine for our most important business development channel. - We provide the playbook and the discounts; you provide the energy and the execution.
