Technical Support Specialist

Somewhere

Logistical & physical assistance for non-emergency medical transport

Role Description We deploy and maintain satellite internet and connectivity networks in remote and hard-to-reach locations across many countries. Installers in the field and the customers they serve run into technical issues at all hours, and those issues do not wait for business hours. This role provides technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, with a specific mandate for time-zone coverage. It is a backfill for a current team member, so the person needs to ramp quickly and own a live queue. Where the Customer Support role handles the front line and routing, this role goes deeper on the technical problems — connectivity, hardware, and installation issues — and coordinates directly with the field. Key Responsibilities - Technical Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and installation issues - Walk installers and customers through resolution steps clearly and patiently - Escalate complex issues with clean, complete documentation - Ticket & Case Management - Own tickets end-to-end in Freshdesk; prioritize by severity - Maintain response and resolution standards during assigned coverage, including overnight windows - Document resolutions so the team builds a reusable knowledge base - Cross-Team Coordination - Coordinate with field technicians, installers, and internal teams - Flag recurring technical issues so they can be addressed at the root - Knowledge & Documentation - Contribute troubleshooting guides and knowledge-base articles - Help raise first-contact resolution over time Qualifications - 2–4+ years in technical support, IT support, or a technical helpdesk role (intermediate to senior) - Solid, methodical troubleshooting approach; comfortable with networking fundamentals (IP, Wi-Fi, general connectivity concepts) - Ticketing platform experience (Freshdesk preferred) - Strong written and verbal English - Willing and reliably able to work overnight / non-standard hours for global coverage - Dependable internet with a backup plan for connectivity and power Preferred Qualifications - Telecom, satellite, ISP, networking, or hardware / field-installation support background - Familiarity with satellite internet or comparable connectivity products - Experience supporting field technicians or installers, not only end consumers Ideal Candidate Profile You are a methodical troubleshooter who stays calm and clear under pressure. You are genuinely reliable on odd hours — this only works if the person shows up for the window. You document thoroughly, coordinate well with people in the field, and are comfortable being the sole coverage during your shift.

Head of Technical Content

Somewhere

Logistical & physical assistance for non-emergency medical transport

Technical Writer18 days ago

Role Description This is not a standard copywriting role or strategist role. We want someone with an engineering mind and a marketing insight, someone who figures things out, builds things, and ships them without waiting to be told. Someone who understands who our customers are: engineers and procurement teams at small and medium businesses sourcing industrial components, and what they need to make a confident purchase decision. If you are excited about building AI-driven content pipelines, that matters more than a long track record. You will own technical content from strategy to publication, including its technical accuracy. Your output shapes how engineers find us, how the site ranks, and whether visitors convert into buyers. You work closely with our Product and Operations teams to extract technical knowledge and turn it into content competitors cannot replicate. A Flavor of What You’d Work On - Audit our solenoid valve categories, identify what is missing or underperforming, and decide whether the fix is a selection guide, a page restructure, JSON-LD, or additional supporting content. Build it and analyze performance. - Take our internal valve performance test data and turn it into a content series: articles, comparison tables, video scripts, email campaigns, social posts. Build assets from proprietary data that competitors cannot replicate. - Work with industry partners to reach their communities through forums, sponsored placements, or native articles on their platforms. - Analyze pages that get traffic but do not convert. Investigate whether it is a traffic quality, content quality, or conversion issue, implement a fix, and track the result against sales. - Get up to speed on a product you know little about, write a buyer guide, fact-check it against manufacturer datasheets, and publish it without a technical reviewer. Key Outcomes & Responsibilities - End-to-End Ownership: You will identify gaps in our content, style, and approach. You own the solution from idea to publication. You do not wait for a task list. You analyze the site, find the opportunities, and execute the improvements that drive the biggest impact. - Strategic Content Architecture: You decide the format that converts. Sometimes an article is best, but often the customer needs a flow calculator, a comparison table, an upgraded category page, a tooltip, diagram, video, or a selection wizard. You will build the right content for the job to build our brand and convert users. - Technical Authority & Accuracy: You are responsible for the technical accuracy of all public-facing content. You must have high engineering knowledge to validate data, correct errors, and ensure our advice is sound. You are the filter that prevents AI hallucinations or inaccuracies from reaching the customer. - Build the Content Moat: You will create unique value that competitors and AI models cannot replicate. Go beyond text to produce proprietary assets like physical product benchmarks, expert interviews, and deep-dive technical diagrams or videos. - Optimize for the Audience: You will structure information to ensure our content ranks high for search engines, serves as a primary citation source for AI models, and provides clear, helpful guidance for humans (engineers, non-engineers, buyers, etc.). - Agile Adaptation: You will stay ahead of marketing trends and follow the data. If a content format stops working, you pivot. You track traffic and conversion metrics to continuously refine your strategy. Qualifications - High Engineering Knowledge: You have a background in engineering, deep experience in technical industries, and can explain the physics of our products easily. - Builds With AI: You have designed and built content workflows using AI: research pipelines, structured drafting processes, automated publishing steps. You chose the tools, connected them, and own the quality of what comes out. - Outcome Owner: You are driven by results (traffic, conversion, revenue) rather than output (article or word count). You manage the roadmap and deliver end-to-end results. - Collaborative Investigator: You do not work in a silo. You actively partner with our Product and Operations teams to extract their internal expertise. You work with them and translate their knowledge into public-facing content that sets us apart from competitors. - Versatile Creator: You are comfortable switching formats and could work on writing a white paper, designing calculator logic, auditing category pages, and building dashboards to analyze results all in 1 week. Benefits - Direct Business Impact: Your work directly correlates to sales. Publish the right guide and you can watch organic traffic and conversions move. There is a direct line between what you produce and company revenue. - Innovation: We are an aggressive, modern company. We want you to experiment with new formats, tools, and strategies. - Company culture: We value collaboration, professional growth, and fun. We regularly have company activities (online and offline) to stay connected and inspired. - Growth: We are scaling rapidly. As we expand, your professional opportunities grow. Role Work Conditions - Employment type: Full time position (remote). - Working hours: Flexible work hours, with availability required Monday through Friday and a minimum overlap of 12:00–17:00 GMT+1.

Sr Full Stack Engineer

Somewhere

Logistical & physical assistance for non-emergency medical transport

Engineer20 days ago

Role Description We are in active build mode. The tech stack exists, but it needs to be owned, evolved, and scaled. This hire isn't a ticket-taker — they'll be the primary technical voice on the product, responsible for both keeping current systems running and making smart decisions about what gets built next. - The immediate priorities include migrating off third-party platforms to reduce cost and dependency. - Building internal tooling that centralizes operations. - Integrating AI-driven workflows that improve the patient experience. - Long term, this person will help architect the infrastructure needed to scale. Key Responsibilities - Frontend & Web: - Manage and maintain the current Webflow site; own the eventual migration to a custom-built solution hosted on AWS. - Build and iterate on intake forms, replacing the current third-party dependency with a proprietary solution. - Ensure a clean, performant patient-facing UI across all touchpoints. - Backend & Infrastructure: - Build and maintain backend systems that support telemedicine workflows — including scheduling, intake, and patient communications. - Lead migration from current infrastructure to AWS as the product scales. - Maintain system reliability and uptime across all environments. - AI & Agentic Systems: - Build agentic dashboards that consolidate data and workflows into a centralized operating layer. - Integrate and extend OpenAI API usage across patient-facing and internal workflows. - Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tooling. - Integrations & Automation: - Build and manage webhooks and integrations within GoHighLevel for patient communication flows. - Connect third-party tools and internal systems so data moves cleanly without manual intervention. - Own the integration layer as the tech stack expands. Qualifications - 4+ years of full stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable across frontend and backend. - Hands-on experience with Webflow — including CMS, custom code, and migrations. - Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or equivalent services). - Demonstrated experience building or consuming REST APIs and webhooks. - Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or equivalent LLM tooling. - Experience with CRM or automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar). - Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. - EST or CST timezone overlap (Latin America-based candidates strongly preferred). Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in telemedicine, health tech, or a regulated consumer health brand. - Experience migrating from no-code/low-code platforms (Webflow, Embeddables) to custom builds. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance considerations in product development. - Experience building internal dashboards or admin tooling. - Background working directly with a non-technical founder or small leadership team. Ideal Candidate Profile - You are a self-directed engineer who doesn't need a product manager to tell you what to build next. - You've worked in early-stage environments before and understand what it means to own a stack rather than contribute to one. - You're comfortable being the only engineer in the room — making architectural decisions, managing competing priorities, and communicating technical tradeoffs to non-technical leadership clearly. - You take pride in clean, scalable work, but you also know when to ship. - You're energized by the idea of building something from the ground up rather than inheriting a mature codebase, and you want a front-row seat as the company grows.
