Role Description We are looking for a AWS Partner Manager to lead our strategic relationship with AWS and drive measurable growth through strategic alignment, partner programs, business development, and go-to-market collaboration. - Serve as the primary relationship owner for AWS, ensuring strong alignment across compliance, incentives, funding programs, and joint GTM initiatives. - Act as a bridge between our teams and the AWS field organization. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner Operations to execute co-sell motions with AWS and strengthen Modus Create’s ecosystem presence. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the software or technology industry. - Ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions, migration initiatives, or strategic alignment plays. - Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes. - Experience developing and executing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, delivery, and operations teams. - Experience tracking KPIs such as pipeline influence, co-sell activity, and partner scorecard health. - Analytical mindset with a proficiency in using CRM tools and data visualization to track partnership health. - Communication and relationship skills including the ability to explain AWS services to management and sales commission structure to an engineer. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related technical-business hybrid field. - Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner events and planning sessions. Requirements - Experience managing AWS partnership. - Experience aligning partnerships across multiple strategic ecosystems. - Experience improving partner processes, reporting visibility, and operational tracking. - Experience with the AWS ACE portal. - Familiarity with AWS programs like MAP, POC, MDF as well as AWS Marketplace. - Ability to pass the AWS AI Practitioner exam (extra bonus if already have the certification!). - A passion for staying ahead of the curve - you should be the first person in the room to know what was announced at AWS re:Invent.
