TITLE: Sr. Account Manager, Healthful Solutions, US/CAN LOCATION: Remote in the Eastern Central/Midwest U REPORTS TO: Sr. Sales Manager - Healthful Solutions US/CAN, T&HS Impact Ingredion is seeking a customer‑focused, growth‑oriented sales leader to expand our Protein Fortification business across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will directly impact revenue growth by building strong customer partnerships and delivering differentiated, value‑added ingredient solutions aligned to market and consumer trends. Role Summary As Sr. Account Manager, Healthful Solutions, US/CAN , you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and delivering revenue and margin targets within Ingredion's Protein Fortification portfolio, supported by our broader Healthful and Texture Solutions. This role reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Healthful Solutions, within the Healthful Solutions Sales organization. What You Will Do - Deliver annual sales revenue and volume targets for assigned strategic accounts - Build and manage a robust project pipeline by identifying growth opportunities within existing customers and new prospects - Develop and execute strategic account plans that create long‑term customer value - Drive sales of specialty, value‑added protein fortification solutions by uncovering unmet customer needs - Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Technical Service, Marketing, Product Line Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams - Lead customer engagements including commercial discussions, technical/project ideation, and contract negotiations - Forecast sales performance and pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and internal reporting systems - Represent Ingredion at relevant customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows What You Will Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, or a related field - 8-10+ years of experience in specialty ingredient sales, account management, or a related B2B commercial role - Proven success managing strategic customer accounts and delivering profitable growth - Strong understanding of protein fortification, health‑driven ingredients, or value‑added food solutions - Experience working remotely and managing a multi‑state or regional sales territory - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Who You Are - Customer‑centric, with a consultative selling mindset - Results‑driven and motivated to build new business opportunities - Comfortable leading technical and commercial discussions with cross‑functional stakeholders - Collaborative team player who thrives in a matrixed organization - Curious about health, wellness, and evolving food and beverage trends - Willing and able to travel to customer sites and industry events Why Join Ingredion? Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
