Role Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic growth across key accounts within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role blends business development (hunting + farming), executive stakeholder engagement, and solution-oriented selling across Azure, Security, Data & AI, and Microsoft 365. - You will own client portfolios end-to-end, build new business pipelines, and collaborate closely with leadership, presales, and delivery teams to drive revenue, customer success, and long-term partnerships. Qualifications - Proven experience in enterprise account management and business development within the Microsoft ecosystem. - Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and/or Data & AI solutions. - Experience with proposal development, bid management, and complex deal cycles. - Ability to engage and influence CXOs and senior stakeholders. - Exposure to presales and solutioning is a strong advantage. - Experience working with Microsoft partner ecosystem and programs. - Certifications such as AZ-900 / SC-900 preferred. - Prior experience in UAE public sector is a plus. Requirements - Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue, retention, and expansion. - Lead new logo acquisition through proactive hunting, market mapping, and outreach strategies. - Leverage Microsoft programs (MCI, co-sell motions) to accelerate deal closures and pipeline growth. - Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions across Delphi’s Cloud, Data & AI, and Security stack. - Collaborate directly with leadership on account strategy, GTM planning, and operational execution. - Drive seamless presales-to-delivery coordination, ensuring successful solution implementation and client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems. - Represent in client meetings, industry forums, and strategic engagements. - Contribute beyond core sales by shaping GTM strategy, partnerships, and market positioning.
