Role Description The Manager of Growth + Revenue Marketing is responsible for driving pipeline and opportunity creation by managing how leads are captured, worked, and converted across the funnel. This role is focused on performance, ensuring high-intent leads move efficiently from initial engagement through Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) into qualified opportunities. - Improve follow-up and align closely with Sales and an outsourced BDR partner. - Strengthen the systems and processes that support lead management and conversion. - Execute campaigns and programs, including webinars, digital channels, trade shows, and emerging AI-driven discovery. - Identify where performance is breaking down, test solutions, improve results, and adapt quickly. - Take ownership of work while remaining open to feedback and input from the team. Qualifications - Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization and campaign performance analysis. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. - Multi-tasking is essential, with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines. - Must be a team player willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when urgent projects require an “all-hands” approach. - Metrics-driven, with proven experience driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes. Requirements - BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required. - 4-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing. A background in Healthcare IT is a plus. - Strong background in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign execution. - Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Hands-on experience with email marketing, webinars, nurture programs, and conversion-focused messaging. - Experience working with or managing BDR/SDR teams is a plus. Role Description We are seeking a Product Growth Manager to own the commercial growth motion, channels, segments, acquisition, and price modelling and to set the strategy, run the performance model, and make the engine efficient. Key Responsibilities - Growth strategy - Set the quarterly growth plan — which segments, which channels, in what order, and why. Own it end-to-end. - Segmentation & targeting - Define ICP, segment priorities, and the message-channel-segment matrix. Keep it current as the market shifts. - Performance marketing - Own paid acquisition — CAC, ROAS, channel efficiency. Brief and manage the Performance Marketeer on execution. - Campaign execution & testing - Design and run A/B tests. Own the attribution model and the feedback loop from performance data to strategy. - Product-led growth - Identify and scope PLG loops — referral mechanics, freemium triggers, and in-product signals that feed the sales motion. - Price modelling - Model how pricing changes affect conversion, expansion, and segment mix. Qualifications - Relevant Bachelor's degree - 4 to 7 years in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, or commercial strategy — with direct ownership of acquisition targets. - Experience in running paid acquisition campaigns with budget ownership, not just contributed to them. - Experience in building pricing models that informed commercial decisions. - Experience in designing and running A/B tests with a documented methodology. - Understanding in PLG mechanics and how to design in-product acquisition loops. - Great writing skills, writing commercial briefs is a core output of this role and must be readable without translation. - Fluent in English, Arabic a plus. - Fluent in AI tools as the default way of working — not an occasional user.
