• Du vil i din gulplade servicebil køre til vores kunder, hovedsageligt i Midtjylland. • Din arbejdsdag vil normalt starte og slutte på din hjemmeadresse. • Du vil udføre forebyggende vedligehold på vores proces samt lab. instrumenter. • Du vil udføre dokumentation i form af servicerapporter, lukning af opgaver, samt bestilling af reservedele på vores CRM-værktøj ServiceMax via iPad samt PC. • Du vil være i kontakt med kollegaer fra salgsteamet, hvor du kommer med anbefalinger til servicekontrakter, instrumentering og nye projekter.
Job Requirements
- Erfaring med elektricitet og/eller kemi er en fordel. Du kan have en baggrund som elektriker, finmekaniker, laboratorietekniker.
- Rejseaktivitet op til 30 dage årligt må forventes.
- Kørekort til almindelig personbil (kategori B)
- Bosiddende i Danmark - Region Midtjylland
- Dansk talende på flydende niveau.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS In your role as a Global Field Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end deal operational process for specific deal motions. This is a central team acting as a deal support center for SAP Account Executives in the region. The Field Business Support Team assists, and process deals within the SAP CRM/Harmony system. Supported by your team members, you will guide deals through the quote-to-booking process. The team is expected to contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing sales opportunities for both existing and net new customers and achieving order targets. RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for execution of the end-to-end deal operational process / quote-to-cash process for SAP select deal motions based on complexity and thresholds - Process customer requests for selling deals and completing the required inputs (Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations, Order Forms) - Partner with Industry AEs, Premium Suppliers, Cloud Architects (CAA’s), Commercial Finance, Legal/Contracting, Centralized Deal Support (CDS) & Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Teams to support the sales process to facilitate deal closure - Comply with operational procedures e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements. • Act as an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete Electronic Security projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost effective manner. • Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including: system programming, integration, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout • Develops project plans and coordinates the required resources to ensure timely and cost effective installation and completion of assigned projects. • Provides work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration as necessary • Completes typical installation of hardware design and software programming using established standards as required. • Manages and completes the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all system controllers as required. • Validates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operation. • Provides accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation • Provides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to Security Technicians, Electrical Installers, System Designers, Subcontractors, and other less experienced team members. • Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements, and ensures Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards. • Assists with the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned via our web-based tool process • Effectively communicates the status of projects to management as required and assists with monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin. • Performs site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full or with assistance. • Ensures owner/operator has been trained. • Provides proper documentation and manuals for system operation. • Adheres to safety standards, local and national security and fire codes, with a high degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety • Performs other duties as assigned
