Job Description

Salesforce Solution Architect, Experience Cloud

NeuraFlash

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor • Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert • Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals • Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge • Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Job Requirements

  • Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience
  • 3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform preferred)
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
  • Understanding of basic UX principles
  • Willing and able learner of new technologies
  • Extremely strong written and oral communication.
