• Manage a high-volume litigation docket across multiple jurisdictions and subject matters • Track case developments, deadlines, budgets, outside counsel activity, and key litigation milestones • Coordinate document collection, discovery responses, document productions, and litigation hold • Support all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials • Serve as a primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and outside counsel • Design, implement, and maintain systems for tracking litigation matters, key metrics, and case outcomes • Develop reporting dashboards and recurring management reports regarding: Case inventory, Matter status, Jurisdictional trends, Outside counsel utilization, Resolution timelines, Settlement and litigation spend, Emerging risk areas • Analyze litigation data and identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements • Generate executive-ready reports and presentations that translate data into actionable recommendations • Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability within the litigation function • Develop and maintain litigation workflows, playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures • Coordinate preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) • Manage document repositories, litigation databases, and matter management systems • Work closely with outside counsel and vendors on eDiscovery strategy and execution.
• Design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines (batch and near-real-time) that ingest, transform, and deliver data from diverse sources into the enterprise data platform. • Develop and maintain curated data models, marts, and shared datasets in Snowflake and PostgreSQL that meet performance, quality, and access-control requirements for multiple internal customers. • Implement data quality frameworks including automated validation, schema enforcement, reconciliation checks, duplicate detection, and exception reporting with clear audit trails. • Partner with domain teams (e.g., Asset Management, Finance, Operations) to understand data needs, define contracts and SLAs, and deliver platform capabilities that reduce bespoke engineering and manual effort. • Build parameterized, reusable pipeline components and templates that standardize ingestion patterns, transformations, and deployment across the platform. • Establish and maintain data lineage, metadata, and documentation so stakeholders can trace data from source to consumption with confidence. • Collaborate with IT and security to implement role-based access controls, data masking, encryption, and compliance requirements across platform resources. • Own pipeline orchestration, scheduling, dependency management, and alerting using workflow tools (e.g., Airflow) to ensure reliable, recoverable execution. • Improve platform observability through logging, metrics, SLA monitoring, and incident response practices that minimize downtime and data freshness gaps. • Support CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices for data platform assets, including version control, automated testing, and safe promotion across environments. • Evaluate and integrate new platform technologies and patterns (e.g., streaming, CDC, data mesh principles) where they improve scalability, cost efficiency, or time-to-value. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform standards, code review practices, and technical design documentation.

• Lead the technical design, global routing, SIP trunking, and carrier integration using AWS Connect • Design and scale a unified footprint for voice, chat, and digital channels across 4 global support centers using the Salesforce Service Cloud Voice – AWS Connect products • Own the integration between AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to create a seamless agent desktop • Develop CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to rapidly deploy contact center changes in a fast-paced environment
• Handle day-to-day management of matters through all phases of litigation and arbitration, including early case assessment, fact development, discovery, motion practice, settlement discussions, hearing and trial preparation, and appeals • Respond to attorney demand letters, subpoenas, consumer complaints, regulatory inquiries, and government investigations, as appropriate • Assess legal and business risk and provide practical, solutions-oriented advice to internal stakeholders • Identify recurring dispute themes and work with the Head of Litigation and business teams to help reduce future claims and improve outcomes • Support the continued development of scalable litigation management processes and tools • Help create and maintain playbooks, templates, workflows, and matter tracking protocols to improve consistency and efficiency • Contribute to reporting on litigation exposure, matter status, spend, and trends for internal stakeholders • Help improve how disputes and legal risks are tracked, escalated, and communicated internally • Translate litigation developments into clear, practical guidance for business stakeholders • Help analyze dispute trends and resolution data to support decision-making and resource allocation • Support adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools that improve litigation operations • Monitor outside counsel’s performance and help ensure matters are handled efficiently and in line with SunStrong’s objectives • Help set expectations regarding strategy, staffing, budgets, reporting, and timelines • Review invoices, budgets, and case updates to support effective legal spending management
• Lead negotiation of commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements, O&M Agreements, and other project related documentation, Non-Disclosure Agreements, SAAS contracts, licensing agreements, SREC Purchase and Sale Agreements, and vendor contracts. • Build and standardize templates (AMA, MSAs, NDAs, etc.) • Create fallback positions and playbooks • Implement approval workflows • Define how deals move internally through terms sheet to close • Build internal checklists (diligence, approvals, risk flags) • Reduce outside counsel dependency over time • Advise the General Counsel, the executive team, and the Board on corporate governance matters and fiduciary duties. • Support the Company and its Affiliates in connection with internal corporate matters, including preparing resolutions and Board presentations and maintaining corporate records. • Manage entity and subsidiary governance. • Support M&A, joint ventures, and investments including due diligence and integration.
