Job Description

Senior Salesforce Developer – Field Service, Integration

SunStrong Management

• Leads end-to-end Salesforce development: solution design, Apex/LWC implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. • Builds scalable automation and UI experiences across Work Order and case-driven operational workflows. • Develops secure, resilient integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, events, and async patterns. • Defines and enforces data standards, governance, and quality practices to support analytics and 360 customer views. • Partners with Operations teams to optimize process efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve SLA adherence. • Owns technical documentation, code review quality, CI/CD hygiene, and release readiness. • Mentors team members and contributes to architectural decisions and platform roadmap planning.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise orgs.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce metadata model.
  • Strong command of governor limits, bulkification, security model, and performance tuning.
  • Proven experience with integration design (REST/SOAP, async processing, error handling, retry patterns).
  • Experience working in Agile teams with Git-based source control and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Field Service experience is a must-have, including experience designing and supporting Work Order-centric operations, supporting FSL mobile and implementing solutions for Work Order Line Items and Product Request processes.
