• Demonstrate Salesforce and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture's products/assets to customers • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers • Gather requirements for large-scale service transformation projects • Create compelling demos and deliver to customers and prospects, showcasing the power of the Salesforce platform and the value of NeuraFlash as a Consulting Partner • Create and modify Proposals SOW’s and create responses to RFP’s working alongside the NeuraFlash delivery team • Help maintain and update lead management, pipeline & forecasting in Salesforce • Be liaison between the sales and the technical team to improve efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements • Collaborate closely with delivery to develop project scope & estimates and execute our pre-sales process to the highest degree • Provide customer feedback and solutions to product management to continue to advance our portfolio of AppExchange products • Drive innovation in the areas of Salesforce capabilities and AI in full partnership with NeuraFlash’s AI teams.

• Leads end-to-end Salesforce development: solution design, Apex/LWC implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. • Builds scalable automation and UI experiences across Work Order and case-driven operational workflows. • Develops secure, resilient integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, events, and async patterns. • Defines and enforces data standards, governance, and quality practices to support analytics and 360 customer views. • Partners with Operations teams to optimize process efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve SLA adherence. • Owns technical documentation, code review quality, CI/CD hygiene, and release readiness. • Mentors team members and contributes to architectural decisions and platform roadmap planning.

• Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals • Serve as the primary technical authority for development teams, stakeholders, and the client • Lead advanced implementations and configurations in Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards (HIPAA and best practices) • Define development standards, data governance frameworks, and platform best practices • Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into viable technical solutions • Evaluate and recommend integration solutions with external systems (EHR, third-party APIs, etc.) • Actively participate in code reviews, data model design, and architectural decisions • Manage the technical relationship with the client, communicating clearly and effectively in English

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes • Document functional requirements and create solution architecture, System Architecture and Entity Relationship Diagram • Understanding of Quote to Cash end to end business process • Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling • Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition. • Design subscription and recurring revenue models • Experience building Usage products • Guide clients to make buy vs. build decisions • Design integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, Payment gateways, and tax engines and implement them • Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing • Configure reports and dashboards as per client requirement • Prepare configuration runbooks and guide development team • Create documentation for CPQ billing processes and Conduct user training • Support deployment and post-implementation enhancements
