Together, we are building something big. We are looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to build and own our Infrastructure business across Central and Eastern Europe. As this is a greenfield territory role, you will be the first dedicated presence in the region, responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business with utilities, energy companies, rail operators and pipeline businesses across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and the wider Central and Eastern European market. Your challenge - Own the full sales cycle across Central and Eastern Europe, from prospecting and first contact through to commercial negotiation and close - Build a pipeline of new business opportunities with utilities, TSOs, DSOs, rail operators, and gas and pipeline companies across the region - Establish LiveEO's brand and presence in Central and Eastern European infrastructure markets through customer engagement, events and partner relationships - Lead discovery conversations that connect customer pain — vegetation risk, pipeline integrity, asset monitoring — to the Treeline and Surface Scout solutions - Develop and deliver compelling proposals, business cases and demonstrations tailored to each customer and market - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes including tenders and framework agreements - Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and product teams to ensure delivery confidence and strong handoffs - Maintain accurate and current records in HubSpot — pipeline, next steps, close dates and deal notes - Feed market intelligence, competitive landscape and customer feedback back to the broader team - Represent LiveEO at regional industry events and conferences across Central and Eastern Europe Your profile Must haves: - 4+ years B2B enterprise sales in SaaS, technology or infrastructure software - Track record of building and closing new business in Eastern European markets - Deep understanding of Central and Eastern European infrastructure — utilities, energy, rail or pipeline - Strong commercial acumen — business cases, contract negotiation, complex procurement - Self-starter comfortable building a territory from the ground up - Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM Nice to haves: - Experience selling geospatial, remote sensing, drone or satellite-based solutions - Existing network within Central and Eastern European utilities, TSOs, DSOs, rail or pipeline operators - Experience navigating EU-funded procurement and framework tenders - Understanding of vegetation management, pipeline integrity or asset management - Experience working in a scale-up or early-stage environment - Knowledge of EU energy transition investment programmes - Fluency in Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian or German is a plus Your Benefits - Gain direct insights into and influence strategic business decisions shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, while working on cutting-edge SaaS and AI solutions that enhance business processes and lives globally. - Join a rapidly growing multinational leader in an evolving and impactful industry, surrounded by a talented, international team of experts from 30+ nationalities. - Flexible working hours - we trust our employees to get their work done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance - Enjoy significant responsibility with the autonomy to drive change, shape processes, and innovate.
