Sweed POS
• Run full-cycle recruitment across different teams and functions, from intake to offer • Build strong pipelines through proactive search, sourcing, market mapping, and referrals • Partner with hiring managers on role setup, search strategy, interview flow, and decision-making • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit thoughtfully and consistently • Keep the process moving with strong ownership of communication, timelines, and follow-ups • Use hiring data to spot bottlenecks, improve pipeline health, and make better prioritization decisions • Contribute to hiring process improvements and broader HR and recruiting initiatives • Support new hires during onboarding, including welcome trainings and regular check-ins throughout probation • Deliver a strong candidate and new hire experience throughout the process
Job Requirements
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, product, or other fast-paced environments
- Confidence in sourcing and running outbound searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to build trust with hiring managers and act as a true partner in the hiring process
- Good judgment, structured thinking, and a high quality bar in candidate assessment
- Strong ownership and ability to manage several roles and stakeholders at once
- Comfort with hiring metrics, funnel analysis, and pipeline health
- Strong spoken English to communicate confidently with candidates and stakeholders in an international environment

Role Overview We are looking for a technically strong and results-driven recruiter specialising in VLSI and Embedded Systems hiring. This is a remote opportunity based in India, supporting global clients (Australia, US, and beyond). You will play a key role in sourcing and closing niche engineering talent while working closely with international stakeholders.
