• Build and productionize AI-powered product features across eCommerce, marketing, analytics, and customer workflows • Design and implement agentic AI systems and LLM-powered workflows • Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models into production environments • Work across the full ML lifecycle: experimentation, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration • Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams to bring AI systems into production • Design scalable APIs and inference services for AI-driven functionality • Improve and evolve our ML infrastructure, tooling, and AI-native development workflows • Rapidly prototype ideas, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on real-world feedback and business impact • Contribute to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing approaches, and production monitoring practices • Stay current with the latest developments in LLMs, agentic systems, generative AI, and applied machine learning
• Collaborate closely with the development team, product managers, and designers to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to validate complex functionality, edge cases, and user scenarios. • Adapt testing efforts across different platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile, while covering backend, frontend, and end-to-end testing layers. • Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. • Contribute to incident management by identifying and escalating risks, and assisting in mitigation and resolution efforts to maintain product reliability. • Continuously improve the QA process by proposing and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals, testing timelines, and release plans. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Own features end-to-end — from task breakdown to production deploy • Design and build server-side logic (REST and RPC APIs, services, integrations) • Implement user interfaces — clean and fast, without over-engineering • Set up CI/CD, containerisation, and feature-level infrastructure (DevOps basics) • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and task decomposition
• Run full-cycle recruitment across different teams and functions, from intake to offer • Build strong pipelines through proactive search, sourcing, market mapping, and referrals • Partner with hiring managers on role setup, search strategy, interview flow, and decision-making • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit thoughtfully and consistently • Keep the process moving with strong ownership of communication, timelines, and follow-ups • Use hiring data to spot bottlenecks, improve pipeline health, and make better prioritization decisions • Contribute to hiring process improvements and broader HR and recruiting initiatives • Support new hires during onboarding, including welcome trainings and regular check-ins throughout probation • Deliver a strong candidate and new hire experience throughout the process
• Own Sweed’s positioning and narrative, grounded in our dispensary Operating System, Revenue Optimization Engine and Six Strategic Pillars, ensuring consistency across web, sales, events, and media • Lead go-to-market for all launches, from strategy and messaging to internal enablement and adoption • Ensure every new feature has a clear “why now”, a strong value proposition, and full readiness to drive adoption • Build and deliver sales & CS enablement tools — battlecards, ROI calculators, and feature playbooks • Drive adoption and retention with lifecycle marketing, onboarding flows, and in-app communications • Run win/loss interviews and competitive intelligence, turning insights into strategy and sharing them across teams • Represent Sweed in the market through thought leadership, events, and category storytelling • Mentor and grow the marketing team into a high-performing GTM engine

• Build and maintain analytics data models using dbt - incremental pipelines (merge strategies, hashdiff, SCD Type 1/2) across retail domains (sales, inventory, loyalty, marketing, promotions), with strong emphasis on structure, documentation, and maintainability • Implement data quality tests and validation logic, ensuring accuracy and trust across reporting layers • Own conformed dimensions as shared contracts across downstream consumers • Collaborate with the Data Architect to apply consistent modeling standards and support architecture evolution • Work with internal teams and sometimes clients to clarify requirements and align on metric logic • Translate business needs into robust, reusable data models • Ensure the integrity of client-facing reports, including reliability, freshness, and metric correctness • Contribute to clear documentation, metric definitions, and data contracts • Support the continuous improvement of our modern data stack: dbt, Trino, ClickHouse, Airflow, Cube.dev, Metabase
