Job Summary  We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for top-tier engineering talent across hardware, embedded systems, and telecom domains. Working closely with hiring managers and technical leads, you'll craft strategic hiring plans, deliver a smooth candidate experience, and help grow high-impact teams. Job Requirements

  • Technical Qualifications Required
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally in hardware or embedded engineering fields.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles such as ML CV Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, RF Engineers, Embedded Developers, FPGA Engineers, etc.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Skills & Abilities Required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
