About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join a large, multinational IT services organisation supporting hiring across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on the UK. This is a strategic, in-house role requiring deep expertise in technical recruitment, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles - Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders, to define hiring strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage high-volume and specialist hiring pipelines across the UK and wider EMEA region. - Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and hiring best practices. - Drive direct sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple channels to attract high-quality, diverse talent. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition teams, and external partners where necessary. - Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. - Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organisation in the external talent market. You will be successful in this role if you have: Required Skills & Experience - Typically 10+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a strong focus on in-house (corporate) environments, including but not limited to: Software Development, AI/ML, Infrastructure & Netwoking Engineers, Solutions Architects, Cloud and Data Consultants - Proven track record recruiting for complex IT and technology roles across multiple geographies, ideally within UK and Europe. - Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. - Strong understanding of the UK and European technology talent market and hiring landscape. - Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills. - Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics and reporting tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in IT services, consulting, or professional services environments. - Familiarity with EMEA employment laws and hiring practices. - Experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday CRM system). Role Summary: We are seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Technical Recruiter to help scale Overland AI during a critical phase of growth. This role will be responsible for driving hiring across our technical teams, partnering closely with our internal recruiter, hiring managers and leadership to identify and close exceptional talent.
