• You own, develop, and drive the overarching strategy for our partners in the DACH region across all product lines. • You act as the primary point of contact for our entire partner portfolio, proactively maintaining and managing it. • You identify, win, and cultivate strategic partnerships to intentionally expand our reach. • You collaborate closely with product teams on software partnerships and with marketing and editorial teams on joint initiatives and campaigns. • You analyze partner performance, measure ROI, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in partnership management, key account management, or business development.
- A completed degree in business/economics or a medical degree combined with relevant experience.
- You build strong, trust-based relationships, negotiate clearly and fairly, and confidently bring complex discussions to a successful close.
- Excellent written and spoken German and fluent English.
- You keep the overall partner portfolio perspective, can prioritize effectively, and are comfortable diving into contractual and operational details.
- Experience with CRM systems and a confident command of Excel and PowerPoint.

In this role, you will support a wide range of offshore projects onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, while gaining knowledge and collaborating with our experienced and passionate ROV team.
