About the role TMS Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our client team in US on a permanent basis. This position will be based remotely, with occasional travel to clients and suppliers. As an Account Manager at TMS, you will be responsible for the operational management of campaigns, projects, and jobs, ensuring the successful execution of deliverables for our Display contract(s). You will provide exceptional operational support to our clients, lead and support your team, and play a key role in the retention, development, and compliance of assigned contracts. Some daily responsibilities will include: - Manage operational financial performance for campaigns, projects, and jobs. - Drive cost-efficiency opportunities. - Ensure contractual commercial obligations are met. - Provide technical and operational support to client stakeholders. - Ensure vendors understand and meet client requirements within service level parameters. - Support the implementation of new service lines into assigned accounts. - Ensure contract compliance, best practices, and service execution. - Ensure data accuracy and support internal and external management information needs. - Identify innovation opportunities within assigned contracts. - Work with the Regional Account Director to present compelling proposals to enhance and develop TMS offerings.
