In this role, you will support a wide range of offshore projects onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, while gaining knowledge and collaborating with our experienced and passionate ROV team. Tasks and responsibilities - Operate, maintain, and repair on assigned ROV systems. - Participate in familiarization and debriefing activities prior to mobilization and demobilizations. - Carry out pre-dive and post-dive checks, preventative maintenance routines, and ensure all activities, defects, and repairs are accurately recorded in dive logs and system documentation. Join DOF's growth as a ROV Supervisor! We are looking for multiple ROV Supervisors to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of a wide range of offshore projects. As an ROV Supervisor, you will lead, support and develop ROV personnel while supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned ROV Systems. You will be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, promoting clear communication, and ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Leading by example is essential, as you will set the standard for operational excellence, teamwork, and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the ROV operations. Join our team as an Integrated Ratings (IR) DOF is seeking expressions of interest for current and future job opportunities from highly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable Integrated Ratings (IR) with a (II/5 and III/5) certification. DOF operates Subsea, Anchor Handling Tug Supply and/or Platform Supply Vessels within the Oil and Gas Industry and requires Integrated Ratings with experience in the industry and on these vessel types. These positions will ensure the safe and efficient operations on DOF Vessels by performing routine maintenance and repairs, operating specialised equipment and working under the direction of the Deck Officers and Engineering Officers. We currently have an immediate job opportunity for an Offshore HSE Supervisor. This position manages the safety and health of offshore personnel and projects. This person will provide support, guidance, and feedback to the offshore asset teams and will work closely with the onshore HSE team to develop and deliver safe and HSE compliant operations. Responsibilities: - Visit Vessels in Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad and Guyana during port calls, mobilizations, demobilizations - Provide internal training according to DOF training and competence matrix: - Management System Training, incl. Unisea, TM Master, OCS and DOF Workbook - Provide training and advice in DOF’s Risk Assessment and Permit to Work procedure incl. usage of Permit to Work system - Ensure annual control and re-certification of safety equipment according to DOF’s working and rescue at height standard (fall safety equipment) - Carry out Permit to Work audits during onboard visits - Report all vessel visit reports in Unisea and forward to HSEQ Manager and to the VP of Subsea - Provide course certificates to course department after training sessions - Review vessel Safety Observation Cards, JSA and TBT - Inspect WAH and Fall Rescue Equipment - Manage PPE Inventory - Be “hands on” with the practical performance - Focus on lifting operations, dropped object - Promote safety reporting - Liaise with Contractor HSE personnel in implementing DOF and Project HSEQ procedures as required - Participate or lead incidents investigation - Participate in and execute walkabouts/inspections/audits findings are closed out as required - Ensure all HSE requirements as governed in the IMS are effectively implemented on board the vessel (HSE meetings, Hygiene inspections, HSE walkthroughs, Drills etc.) - Execute training, follow up campaigns and support the HSEQ Onshore department as required Duties/Tasks: - Assist Project Managers/Offshore Managers and HSEQ in preparing and revising vessel Risk Assessments. - Contribute and assist HSEQ Dept. by performing internal audits, training sessions and revision of procedures. - Participate in HSEQ meetings, if required.
