Role Summary: We are seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Technical Recruiter to help scale Overland AI during a critical phase of growth. This role will be responsible for driving hiring across our technical teams, partnering closely with our internal recruiter, hiring managers and leadership to identify and close exceptional talent.
