What Is The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our team in Mexico, focused on the Upper Enterprise segment! This role will manage and grow one of the most important accounts in the region while driving new business within a defined territory. Do you have a strong track record of enterprise sales success, experience navigating complex organizations, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders? This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, strong execution, and a customer-centric mindset. This role is critical for ensuring strong coverage of a highly strategic territory and maintaining momentum within a key account in Mexico. The person in this position will play a key role in protecting existing business, expanding customer engagement, and driving long-term market growth! What You Will Be Doing - Own and manage a portfolio within the Upper Enterprise segment in Mexico, including one of the region’s most strategic accounts. - Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and long-term value. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders. - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects. - Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and technical requirements. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership to deliver customer value and advance opportunities. - Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account activity within CRM systems. - Understand customer priorities and align solutions to strategic objectives. - Represent the company with professionalism and credibility in all customer interactions. What You Bring - Experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a strategic or upper enterprise segment. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in complex, consultative sales environments. - Experience leading large, strategic, or high-value accounts. - Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers. - Strong territory planning, pipeline management, and forecasting skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams. - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Strategic in account planning and opportunity development. - Proactive in identifying growth opportunities. - Skilled at managing complex customer relationships. - Results-oriented and disciplined in execution. - Collaborative and effective in a matrixed organization.
