While your primary focus will be to build Sales applications on Salesforce Health Cloud, you will quickly expand beyond Salesforce, learning new programming paradigms and adopting emerging tools as the software engineering world evolves. Current sales agent tools include managed packages like Blackthorn, BrainShark, and Spiff, while we explore the latest AI technologies to enhance our services. AI tools we use now include Salesforce Einstein Lead Scoring, Bigtincan's AuthoringAI, RoleplayAI, Coaching AI and InvocaAI for conversational intelligence. We plan to introduce more AI features going forward to help sales agents keep up with the demands of our fast-growing business. Lead responsibilities will include the following: Design and Development: - Develop Salesforce Health Cloud features using Omniscript, Apex, and Flows. - Create custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce tools including Omniscript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Build user interfaces and integrate Salesforce with external systems like Mulesoft. - Contribute to full‑stack development beyond Salesforce, including UI frameworks, backend services, APIs, and data integrations. - Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, languages, and architectural patterns as business and technology needs evolve. Collaboration: - Work with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and IT to ensure solutions align with business objectives. - Provide hands‑on technical leadership, mentoring developers, and setting engineering best practices. Testing and Maintenance: - Ensure application stability, performance, and security through testing and code reviews. - Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and provide long‑term system support. - Promote CI/CD, strong development lifecycle practices, and scalable deployment strategies. Documentation in ADO: - Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, solution specifications, and test plans. - Maintain knowledge transfer (KT) documentation and system configuration records in Azure DevOps (ADO).
