About the role The successful candidate will work on a world leading external training platform, designed to help organisations deliver scalable programmes to customers, partners, and wider audiences. They will help design and develop exciting new platform features, ensuring best practice is maintained and adoption of the latest techniques and practises in software development are in use across the development teams. Working on complex development issues and making design decisions to ensure the platform features are best in class and performant. Helping to improve engineer skills and staying up-to-date on technical knowledge by attending education workshops, classes and reading publications. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
