Role Description As an AI Solution Architect, you will be the lead technical visionary in our pre-sales process, acting as the trusted advisor to our clients and the technical conscience for our sales team. You will be responsible for translating complex customer challenges into elegant, feasible, and compelling end-to-end AI solutions. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales technical role such as Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or a similar capacity. - Deep, hands-on experience designing complex, large-scale enterprise systems (e.g., in AI/ML, HPC, Big Data, or enterprise software). - Exceptional presentation, whiteboarding, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent design and architecture projects in a fast-paced sales environment. - A strong understanding of the interplay between software, hardware, and networking in modern data center environments. Role Description Hanger, Inc. is seeking a senior, hands-on HCM Advisor to support our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes. This role plays a key executional role in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of our HCM platform, with a strong focus on technical configuration, data management, and workflow enhancements. Your Impact Implementation Phase - Configure Fast Formulas to support in-scope HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor). - Configure and support integrations with internal and third-party systems for in-scope HCM modules. - Develop reports and data extract solutions to support smooth data conversion and accurate reporting for in-scope HCM modules. - Configure organizational structures within the HCM system. - Support payroll audit, reconciliation and parallel testing activities. - Configure workflows to streamline approvals and notifications across HR processes. - Execute system configuration activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards. - Support release management, including testing, documentation, and deployment coordination. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. - At least 12+ years of experience in systems with an emphasis on HR technologies (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). - Proven experience in HCM configuration, workflow design, reports, integrations and data management. - Advanced proficiency in SQL, and other Fusion tools required to design, develop and deploy scalable technical solutions. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and adopt new technologies and respond effectively to evolving business needs. - Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
